Design Leader & Barrier Remover
A Rare Combination
Bridging Business and Creative Strategy
Design is a pillar for achieving business objectives. With a BFA and an MBA, I combine creative thinking with analytical decision-making. Explore two stories where I connected executive-level business strategy with creative intentionality.
“Lindsey brings a rare combination of creative excellence, strategic thinking, and exceptional follow-through. She rose to every challenge, and quickly became my go-to partner for high stakes projects. I trusted her implicitly: she understood the project and my perspective immediately.”
Deep Expertise, High Expectations
Scaling Creative Teams and Empowering Designers
The design field changes rapidly, so I teach designers to fish. If a designer can design one thing, they can design all things. They may just need to learn efficiencies in a new tool along the way. My strategic leadership style emphasizes team strengths while creating space for experimentation and adaptability. I thrive by empowering my creative team members to do their best work.
“She combines deep design expertise with kindness, respect, and a leadership style that empowers. Her approach creates space for growth, encouraging others to take ownership while feeling fully supported.”

Simplifying Accessibility Complexities
Accessibility often intimidates designers. But it’s not that hard–if designers understand what they’re doing and why. Accessibility benefits everyone. I teach creatives how to efficiently design for accessibility within their existing workflows. I’ve written a variety of resources and a CreativePro Magazine cover article that encourage creatives who are starting their accessibility journey to keep going. Their design choices can be a barrier or a benefit.
“Lindsey is thoughtful, articulate, and incredibly prepared. She brings both credibility and warmth that naturally earns trust. I could absolutely see her thriving in any role where she can guide vision, elevate standards, and champion inclusive design at a leadership level.”
